I mistakenly used the incorrect credit card to make this purchase. when i asked for them to refund that card and pay with a different one, they claimed they could not do this with their system. therefore, they are not savvy enough to handle payments that may need a little extra help. i know it was initially my fault by using the wrong credit card, but they were incapable and unwilling to help me after the fact since they already collected their money and completed the order. this makes me think this is indicative of how they operate in other regards if you have any sort of issue, so i won't be ordering from them again in the future.
