Received the wrong wire at first. It arrived just after Welding store closed. So I emailed the address on packing slip. Had to call as email went to their spam folder. Wasn't a big deal, I always order wire soon enough to make sure I don't run out. They shipped the correct wire promptly and emailed a return label for the incorrect spools. The Blue Demon is similarly priced to Pro-Star locally, have had a couple poorly wound spools lately (pro-star). For the price and quality, I will keep ordering Blue Demon from weldingstore.com
