Ordered this torch along with two other items. Paid and got confirmation. After a week of no contact or shipping information I contacted the customer service and was told that the torch end was out of stock and would hopefully be in the following week. My shipment came in whole with no damage and products are just what I ordered, well made products. Welding store.com was lacking in the communication aspect till the end and second phone call and second email. What they did do was upgrade my shipping from the 3-5 days, Order shipped on Thursday evening from Chicago and got to me on Saturday mid day in Louisiana which helped me get my project started. Over a week late though I thank them for following through.
