This was my first order from this company. Attempting to make a small order to try it as a possible alternative to my current welding supplies supplier. But all of the gloves I ordered arrived the wrong size. So I contacted the company and after needing pictures for some odd reason they sent the correct gloves I ordered. unbeknownst to be my order was separated with no other shipping label sent to me which was a disappointment as well. When the send package arrived everything in that box was damaged all of the tig rod storage was damaged, 1 lb and 10lb boxes. I promptly emailed again with my issues but after days of no response I feel this company will not send the proper undamaged items I ordered. Needless to say I will stick with my current welding supply supplier.

The Blue Demon Aluminum Filler Rods worked as expected, and appears to be no different than the Lincoln Brand (but less expensive). Shipping was definitely faster than expected this time, though it would be smart to order ahead of time because that's not always the case.
