It's always been great to deal with them this last time one part of the order took a week longer then the rest but normally they have fast shipping and good products

The products and prices are great but this order was an issue. I made 2 orders and both were supposed to ship out normally. I was never notified that anything was out of stock. The orders were then slowly pieced out and shipped separate after calls and emails. Of course what I needed for the job at hand showed up the latest, I had to drive over an hour to the “local” welding supply store and pay double for a 10lb tube of tig rod from a **** brand. This ended up compromising the entire project and timeline. Nothing was even resolved or shipped until I notified them. Check inventory and shipping times before ordering.
