Wrong item

I ordered 1/16 silicon bronze brazing rod but received 3/32. After inquiring about the wrong product I asked if I could send it back and get the propper diameter. After a week of no response I asked on the status and have yet to receive any response. I'm just a hobbiest, but this was unacceptable to me.
